Simon Willison releases LLM 0.32 with major tool-calling refactor

LLM 0.32 is a significant backwards-compatible refactor of the popular Python CLI library for accessing language models, shifting its internal model from prompts-and-responses to a more flexible abstraction. Alpha releases 0.32a0 and 0.32a1 also fix a bug where tool-calling conversations were not correctly restored from SQLite.
